Attach prayer to something familiar
Consider a quiet moment after breakfast, the end of a lunch break, or the time before you turn on evening entertainment. Choose a moment that actually exists in your day. A practice that respects your responsibilities is more sustainable than an ideal schedule.
Prepare a small beginning
Leave your beads or the guide where you will see them. Decide beforehand whether you have time for a decade or the full Rosary. You can pray five decades across the day, returning to the saved place when you have space.
Begin again without a debt
If you miss a day, return at the next reasonable opportunity. You do not need to double tomorrow’s prayer to make this site’s habit suggestion count. If you have made a specific vow or commitment and are worried about it, speak with your priest. For an ordinary personal routine, let returning be enough.
